A few years ago I paid them to come out and diagnose my A/C. They got mad because I bought my own part, I would have gladly paid to have them put it in but because they couldn’t upsale me on the part they refused to come put it in. Lady who answers the phone got incredibly rude, gave me the run around for 2 weeks giving excuse after excuse why they couldn’t come out that day. Then finally just told me to kick rocks. Between my parents and myself, we HAD done business with Breathitt Mechanical Company for nearly 30 years. Within the last year or two, this company has gone to ruin. If you contact them, you are told you will be put on a list, no date or time given as to when you will be serviced. The last several times we attempted to do business with them, we had to wait 2 weeks or more, then, when we phoned we were told we weren't on the list, or that they had no idea when they would be out to service our unit.
