Amazing staff, everyone is so sweet
Dr. Kaufman was just wonderful! Having a doctor listen to you and then let you know their advice is great! His entire staff was so patient and let me know everything that was going to happen! I wish BreatheAmerica Shreveport had doctors that handled every issue because I would go here for everything! I suggest them wholeheartedly! You will not be disappointed.
After almost 8 months of referrals, I was finally sent to see Dr. Kauffman. I never knew that three minutes of him looking at my charts would change my life. I was diagnosed with a rare form of Urticaria and Dr. K was the ONLY one to catch this. I had biopsies done, multiple tests and lived in severe pain for almost a year. Delayed Pressure Urticaria has been debilitating, but with the constant help and support of the team at BA, I have gained my life back. I still suffer some symptoms, but nowhere near what I was. My experiences at Breathe America have been wonderful. Dr. Kaufman takes excellent care of my toddler at every appointment. He provides the utmost care and is incredibly attentive as well as thorough. The receptionists, business staff, and nurses are always SO kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend!
