My experience with Breathe Yoga Therapy was excellent! Ali is a wonderful instructor who shared many valuable resources and exercises to help regulate a person’s nervous system. I found her to be open and accepting.

I participated in a 6 week session at Breathe Yoga Therapy. Not only did it help me understand the underlying causes of anxiety I was experiencing, it helped me identify other symptoms of anxiety that I had not recognized previously and gave me tools and coping mechanisms to practice and incorporate in my daily life going forward. This Yoga therapy with Ali has been life changing for me. If you are hesitant like I was because all you see is the word "yoga" and you're thinking, "hard complicated poses"? THIS IS NOT THAT TYPE OF CLASS. In this class you are healing, releasing stored tension, and calming your nervous system. We are mostly sitting or laying down practicing stillness, breathing and gentle strecthing type of movements. It's a way to bring your self to a deep relaxation. I enrolled in Ali's Body Focused Healing Yoga to help with manage anxiety and develop better healing practices. Not only was Ali very knowledgeable, she is kind and uplifting to work with. I joined one of her online cohorts and am truly thankful for the collaborative and understanding environment she fostered. This helped me significantly with my own self-discovery journey.
