Results takes ages to go to GP. Slowest services provided by them I would suggest better go to my clinic on sayers road
I Visited Breathe West in Hoppers Crossing this morning and the experience I recieved was out of this world, Dr Ashleigh Witt, Ali and the rest of the team was super helpful professional and extremely understanding to my needs. Listened and was genuinely interested in what I was experiencing and worked out a plan to resolve my underlying issues. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience Much appreciated
Had my appointment this morning which is my first time ever and going to be my last time too at breathewest. The receptionist is wonderful by showing a warm welcome and friendly attitude which I really appreciate it. But the lady not sure if she is a doctor because she didn’t introduce herself to me who conducted pulmonary function testing seems to be very distant and unapproachable by showing unprofessionalism and displaying impatience. My wife went here, was told to arrive 10 minutes before appointment time,also if you arrive over 10 minutes late,appointment will be cancelled, if you don't turn up at all, you will be charged $50.My w if arrived 20 minutes early,technician was 20 minutes late!
The team here are incredible. Rachel, I think that’s her name, put me at ease, explained every aspect of the tests in language appropriate for me and was funny and caring the whole time. Loved the awesome receptionist too, who is polar opposite to the usual stone cold front of house. I left with the information I needed and didn’t feel as if I was part of the usual corporate medical machine. Thanks girls!
