our favorite place to take the kids when they don't feel good they love to play in the salt and it benefits them greatly colds don't last long. A Moms great getaway when I get to do sauna and salt room solo...
A wonderful place! The moment you walk in the door you feel a sense of calm, from the decor, salt lamps, aroma of essential oils. I enjoyed both the infrared sauna and the salt room. I did the sauna first to open up pores to increase the benefit of the salt room. I felt great afterwards, very relaxed and breathing was so much easier, which was unexpected because i didn’t have a cold or any breathing issues. Great experience!
