RecommendedI took a chance on the salt room as I felt a cold coming on and had pretty bad sinus pressure. I was greeted warmly by the smiling staff and brought to the private booth. 15 minutes later, sure, my pants were coated in a fine layer of salt but it was relaxing as I focused on my breath and did nothing. I can't say walking out of there I felt any different but that night my sinuses were really acting up and the next morning I woke up with no sore throat or sinus pressure!
