At first they were very nice and helpful. After I receive the equipment on a Friday I unfortunately was not able to use it the first night. I did try to use it the next day, Saturday. When I put it on, it was too big. I called for support and was trying to figure out what can, if anything can be done? The person I spoke with was rather dismissive.
