Excellent Service from Start to Finish: I contacted Breathe Clean Air & Energy in September after major construction behind my house left my home smelling dusty. I was referred to them by Cool Camel HVAC contractor. From the first contact, their response was immediate and they took time to thoroughly explain the entire process. The Tech showed up on time. Got setup he told me it would take 3 hours. I left,The tech called me 2 hours later said he was finished. I showed up completed payment I went in and did a walk-through and there was a bunch of dirt and clumps left in the vent. I called the tech and he came back did some touch up but still not very thorough...... Update. The owner contacted me offered to make things right which I appreciate and respect. Destroyed our flexible duct. Then wants to charge you to fix it. You question the little guy and he bails out refusing to rectify the damage his company did. Basically he is trying to up sell you on a aerosol sealant of about $2,000. His fee for this service is higher then most. My husband after he damaged our hvac duct checked the other vents to only find out that all they do is stir up the dust. Our house has more dust now after the sub par work was performed. I highly recommend Breathe Clean Air. Everyone I’ve worked with has been professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. Sooooo glad we decided to do this. We've only been in our house for a couple years, but suspected we had dirty HVACs due to having lots of dust in our house. Phil was great and made sure to contain the dust as much as possible, so it didn't spread throughout the house. He also explained everything he saw, took videos, and made recommendations. I've now realized how much your home air quality is important to your health and the fact that this is not something people do regularly is crazy to me now. Highly recommend them!
