The Tech showed up on time. Got setup he told me it would take 3 hours. I left,The tech called me 2 hours later said he was finished. I showed up completed payment I went in and did a walk-through and there was a bunch of dirt and clumps left in the vent. I called the tech and he came back did some touch up but still not very thorough...... Update. The owner contacted me offered to make things right which I appreciate and respect. Destroyed our flexible duct. Then wants to charge you to fix it. You question the little guy and he bails out refusing to rectify the damage his company did. Basically he is trying to up sell you on a aerosol sealant of about $2,000. His fee for this service is higher then most. My husband after he damaged our hvac duct checked the other vents to only find out that all they do is stir up the dust. Our house has more dust now after the sub par work was performed.
