If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely zero bedside manner from the doctor, the ultrasound tech and the lady were both lovely, however no comparison shown, it’s ok to be nervous, it’s ok to need a moment to catch your breath… If you’re visiting a clinic for a breast biopsy it’s not ok to be shown zero compassion or be made to feel like a number. After waiting for 1 hour and 7 mins then to be treated horribly by the doctor because you took a breath when you see the needle or ask what the procedure involves. People do... read more
