I have been coming here for years for my scans and all the staff have always been exceptionally supportive, caring and compassionate. Until my recent horror experience on Thursday afternoon the beginning of my visit was perfect at checking in was great! After that point the experience and service by the horrible radiographer was horrifying and horrific. The reception staff and the operator were both lovely. Can't see why there would be any complaints.
My first time. Lovely staff very friendly and helpful. The radiographer Angela was great,friendly and caring, made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.
All staff very professional and helpful, no waiting. It is in a busy shopping area, so get there earlier if you need to find a parking nearby.
