Hopeless. Ive had anxiety for weeks about this. Had an appointment for a Saturday (text msg confirmation) when I googled them same morning for their address the website said they were closed. Couldn’t remember my username booked it months ago. System didn’t recognise my email or phone. Their phone number directed me to their office and got msg it was closed!
Lovely and friendly radiographer. She made me feel very comfortable and the mammogram was done within 5 minutes. The online booking was very convenient.
Hopeless , hard to reach I received a message to call the nurse with the number provided, been trying to call all day and leave the message , how ever no response and call the local number just as useless, why can’t they just call me and speak to me! Instead of leaving messages which is unreachable anyway! And left me all day worrying about my results now! So unprofessional and irresponsible and disrespectful! If you are young but you have symptoms of breast cancer, they won’t save your life there just only because you are not old enough and they don’t believe you will die in breast cancer. Thanks for zero help.
All the staff at this facility are amazing. It’s a shame they are under staffed and under pressure, I feel for them.Thank you for your help with my follow up appointment.
