My mum went to go get her routine breast screening and was met by an incredibly rude receptionist. Her details was wrong in the system and she wanted to get it corrected so the results wont get sent to the wrong person. The receptionist was already giving attitude, asking my mum why she didnt call ahead of time to get the details fixed (when in fact i had already called ahead of time to fix it but no one answered the phone). The two ladies today Linda and Margot were excellent! So professional and lovely, friendly atmosphere. My mammogram was done with upmost care, and was a very fast experience! I’ve been going to Bankstown for years! A very good place with great staff. Thanks Ladies

My mother had a mammogram two weeks ago (Aug 12) and it was the worst experience. Very rude technician, rough and who physically hurt her. I can see others have had the same experience, so I imagine it’s the same technician. Please employ people who actually are satisfied with their job and have people skills.
I was there last Wednesday for a mammogram and I had the worst experience so far. I had few mammograms in the past but this one was the worst so far. The technician was very rude and rough. I will definitely not be going back there.
