If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely zero bedside manner from the doctor, the ultrasound tech and the lady were both lovely, however no comparison shown, it’s ok to be nervous, it’s ok to need a moment to catch your breath… If you’re visiting a clinic for a breast biopsy it’s not ok to be shown zero compassion or be made to feel like a number. After waiting for 1 hour and 7 mins then to be treated horribly by the doctor because you took a breath when you see the needle or ask what the procedure involves. People do... read more

Tried to phone breast screen on the phone number provided . 13 20 50 within the times and days as stated on the letter. Absolutely poor service. Phone didn’t give a ring tone then a voicemail said the call was being redirected and someone would answer shortly. The phone then disconnected not once , twice or three times but five times. This is an absolute disgrace. Why advertise a phone number if it is not in service. Absolutely disgusting
