WOW... I've had plenty of breast screens over the years and they have all been good BUT this place and these Staff members is the Best experience I have ever had....Thankyou for making it so easy and Thankyou all for not just being so Professional but for being so Nice at it ❤️
I just had my first breast screen. What a terrific experience from start to finish. A lovely welcome from the receptionist and Metta the technician was beyond amazing. Very professional, super informative and she put me at ease straight away. Thank you so much :-)
I've had lots of breast screens and today has to be the worst. The technician was completely distant and didn't engage on a personal level. She gave me nothing. It doesn't hurt to connect with clients. Please lift your game.
In the past it has been great friendly but today it was painful because the lady taking the photos Tania didn’t ask me if I had any injuries my right shoulder at the moment is getting treatment and I can’t go back and stretch the shoulder. I told Tania I need support like a chair otherwise I would fall. The breasts were booth placed on the machine and help by plastic sheets. No instructions were given just pulled me to position and this behaviour made me angry because the Tania should have given instructions so I could help ... read more
