Disgusting! Loud office makes it virtually impossible to decipher the words being spoken by a heavily Spanish accent. The minion "I" had the displeasure of speaking with is lethargic, non helpful+ rude. 😑 After THAT, I'm not interested in trusting I'll be treated in a professional, courteous manner. A mammogram isn't something a woman looks forward to. So to be mistreated by front office is disheartening&lack lustre~
