the receptionists were absolutely incompetent and have no idea how to work the system. they completely cleared my bank account and kept pushing my appointment back
Whenever I need tests now, I now direct my docs to send me to Arizona Diagnostic @ Park Central. Sonora Quest, Labcorp, SimonMed? Been there, not going back. Arizona Diagnostic is big, and can feel impersonal when you walk in the door, but both the medical and administrative staff are warm, helpful and obviously trained to work with the anxious patient base that shows up for testing. I have not been paid to say this. I'm one of those anxious patients.
I had an appointment but I was not taken for over an hour after my appointment time. I had a scheduled lumpectomy and I missed that appointment time due to the mishandled appointment at Breastlink. The receptionists were not helpful and ignored me when I tried to question when I would be seen. I was already on edge regarding the lumpectomy and Breastlink increased my anxiety. I do not recommend this office if you want support and caring treatment.
