My experience with the ultrasound tech made me feel very uncomfortable as a patient. All of the front desk staff and the ultrasound tech in training who did my ultrasound were amazing. However Ryane C. was my Ultrasound Tech who was in the room teaching the new tech. She made some commentary and had poor bedside manners during my appointment which made me very uncomfortable and scared. I had a great experience. The front desk vibe isn't particularly friendly, but the techs and Drs were all helpful and kind. Once the paperwork was sorted out, it was an overall fine experience. A Dr was able to tell me that everything looked fine in the same appointment so I didn't have to wait for results.
Couldn’t get through on the phone, one of those that hangs up on you if you dial zero.
Every time I have had to interact with the front office or phone scheduling there is always a problem. For example they can't find records, can't locate a referral, won't complete an exam in one visit because they forgot to request a specific referral. I'm my most recent experience, they changed my appointment time and claimed someone called me about it the day before.
