Very friendly staff
This place is amazing I was full of anxiety and they walked you thur the procedure and it went quickly ..the staff and Dr's are wonderful ..
The 2 receptionists up front were talking to patients in person and patients on the phone too loudly. They were trying to drown each other out and were talking at the same time... trying to drown each other out a couple times. It was awful to listen to and made us feel uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room. We couldn't hear what they were instructing us to do. And just handed us the paperwork without us being able to hear them. They also talked about personal things loudly between them, so we all had to hear it. Not very... read more
I had an ultrasound scan to monitor if breast cancer had returned. The technition was friendly and very efficient. I was impressed at how kind she was during the scan. She spoke to me. It relaxed me. Then she went and got the radiologist who ultrasound checked a few spots. Dr Vo is the nicest doctor. She was able to inform me the my scan was negative for reoccuring breast cancer and we discussed follow-up care. I was most grateful to know the results as soon as I got off the table.
