I have been going to the Breast Screening Clinic for 19 years. The technician for my latest appointment was Candice, and she is a gem! She is quick and efficient, much appreciated for what is a painful experience. She chats and asks questions, providing some distraction as well. I have always found the clinic to be welcoming; everyone is friendly and kind. They have always been accommodating and understanding when I have had to reschedule appointments, even with short notice.

Had my first breast screening there today. The receptionist was lovely and the lady that done my screening was also very lovely. Great experience all and all
I have been 2 days trying to get through and all I get is the voicemail telling me their hours of operation and you can't leave your name and number!!
It is impossible to get an answer there when you call to make or cancel an appointment! Every time the recording says they have a high volume of calls and you are left holding for 10 minutes or usually even longer! Very frustrating! I don’t like being a “no show” for an appointment but I am sick and tired of trying to contact them to cancel or change my appointment!
