I never give 5 star reviews. I’m very honest and very experienced in business, customer service and medical. My primary is prob the only other Dr. I’d take the time to write a review for. I’m 38/f with a Family history of malignancy my mother passed away when I was 19 my father passed away six months prior and my maternal aunt has had a double mastectomy and is in remission. Everyone there from the receptionist to the technician was wonderful. I was very nervous and they put me at ease.
I had a mammogram this morning at the JFK Breast Institute. The center is so clean, the staff was so nice. Bonnie was my technician today, she had amazing experience and explained everything so thoroughly. She knew it was my first one and I was a tad nervous, she was wonderful with me. I would suggest to anyone who needs a mammogram to go to the Breast Center at JFK!
I am a JFK Medical Center employee! I went for my yearly mammo! Radiologist saw possible mass in my (R) breast! Bonnie, breast institute manager, called me within less than 24 hours! She was able to work me in for repeat mammo- @ different angles- and had the radiologist on site look @ it on the spot! He sat down and talked with me- with wonderful news that it wasn't a mass- and the calcification had broken itself down with a second look! Was so relieved!
