I had been putting off getting a mammogram for some time - and a post about an event at JFK , offering late afternoon Mammo appointments at their annual event heavily persuaded me (specially the part about a possible 6pm appointment) I can’t say enough about the amazing care I received when I arrived at the JFK Breast Institute . I never give 5 star reviews. I’m very honest and very experienced in business, customer service and medical. My primary is prob the only other Dr. I’d take the time to write a review for. I’m 38/f with a Family history of malignancy my mother passed away when I was 19 my father passed away six months prior and my maternal aunt has had a double mastectomy and is in remission. Everyone there from the receptionist to the technician was wonderful. I was very nervous and they put me at ease.
I had a mammogram this morning at the JFK Breast Institute. The center is so clean, the staff was so nice. Bonnie was my technician today, she had amazing experience and explained everything so thoroughly. She knew it was my first one and I was a tad nervous, she was wonderful with me. I would suggest to anyone who needs a mammogram to go to the Breast Center at JFK!
