Don’t be fooled. This place is a scam. I had an appointment today with a doctor but only to find it would NOT be dr Eric Rosen but someone with less than 5 years of experience! Scam. I cancelled my appointment because I deserve better care than this. I was there and asked to speak with dr Rosen but they couldn’t bring him out..because surprise it would be a different person who’d be doing the procedure on me. They deserve 0 stars for wasting my time. The call center is archaic. They charge you for parking.
My appointment was at 1:00pm and I arrived at 1:08 because there was no parking available. The front door was hard to find. I did run and the receptionist told me “ oh we are sorry, we have 5 min policy”. Stanford should be ashamed of this. I will not have this done although my doctor referred me. I now have to now pay the parking fee although I didn’t get any service. Thanks to the professionalism.
