My appointment was at 1:00pm and I arrived at 1:08 because there was no parking available. The front door was hard to find. I did run and the receptionist told me “ oh we are sorry, we have 5 min policy”. Stanford should be ashamed of this. I will not have this done although my doctor referred me. I now have to now pay the parking fee although I didn’t get any service. Thanks to the professionalism.
