I made an appointment there at 1:00 pm, drove to this breast image center from Chicago, and unfortunately experienced a traffic jam on the highway because of a crash. I got to their place at 1:23pm and they told me they were unable to provide service for me. Majority of the staff here were EXCELLENT! The front desk check-in woman was pleasant and my process was quick and easy. Jaqueline did SUPERB in making me feel comfortable while she instructed me and walked me through my mammogram! I forget the name of the woman who did the ultrasound, I think her name was Lucy (the woman with the blonde hair). Everyone was professional and didn't make me feel bad in anyway.

Had a mammogram on 4/18 and did not get the results by the 25th so I called. Seems they have me down as M K instead of my first name. The clerk's solution to the problem was vague but she said I would have to change it. I have never identified my self by those initials. Now I will have to make a special trip to rectify the situation.
