I was very impressed by this clinic and the bedside manner of the nurse that conducted the exam. Very friendly and informative and reassuring.
From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The entire staff was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I was extremely nervous about having a biopsy, but my ultrasound tech, Nicole, was truly an angel. She was patient, gentle, and so calming—her kindness made an experience I was dreading so much easier. She’ll probably never know how much of a difference she made for me that day. I went to the Ochsner Breast Center and received wonderful care from the front desk, person that performed my mammogram (Megan, I believe) and my ultrasound. Sandy Hebert was a fabulous on answering my questions regarding my reports and scheduling my return ultrasound and diagnostic mammogram.
I cannot say enough good things. Their entire team is phenomenal. Special thanks to Jasmine, Sandy, Angela, Heather, Michelle and Aimee for being so amazing, and kind.
Everyone was extremely kind and professional....I was very nervous and after the 2 procedures the Doctor took his time in explaining my situation and showed me the images and explained his diagnosis....highly recommend this facility.
