Very positive experience today at Solis! Front staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the technician was wonderful.
Just cancelled my appointment there. Never had problems with this place until Solis took over. Received so many emails and texts about my appointment only to be called and told they need to cancel my appointment due to staff shortage could I go to Youngsville?? After receiving call about my appointment being cancelled received an automated call reminding me of my appointment! And just received a text remining me of my appointment that you cancelled! Their system is screwed up!
