The front staff was horrible!! The staff at the front desk was so rude and very unfriendly having their orders messed up, and treated me like I just walked off the street! When I tried to help giving my doctor's name to call that ordered my mammogram and ultrasound the lady at the front desk refused to talk with my Doctor's office that I had on the phone telling me I needed go sit back down! I was in tears! Just getting over breast cancer surgery and radiation they offered NO comfort on top of being so rude to me. Like I was just a burden to them. The only ones that were nice was the technicians that finally did the mammogram & ultra sound and the Radolgist that read them was very nice along with a couple of patients that ask me if I was okay when I left also seeing how unprofessional and rude the front staff was. I will never go back to this Hope Center again.
