Employees were very kind, professional, efficient, and gentle. The waiting area where you change and wait for procedure is separate from general waiting area where your family wait and you wait to be called back. Individual changing rooms, lockers for belongings, coffee, water, snacks where you wait for procedure.

Cox Breast Health in Springfield, MO, charged me double for a mammogram when I tried to use insurance and then when insurance didn’t cover anything they want me to pay double the amount. They won’t call me back, I have called multiple times and asked billing to call me back to discuss this and no one will call back and I was just disconnected when I tried to talk to billing right now. If you are needing an ultrasound after having a mammogram this is not the place to go unless a year later you would like to receive a bill letting you know you owe them. My ultrasound was November of 2022 and I did not receive a bill until October of 2023. Never once did they call me or notify me in writing that they were working on payment from my insurance company and I would have a balance owing once they resolved that. Happy Holidays - here is a bill that you didn't even know you had due - no thank you.

I just recently went here for a mammogram. I will not be back. Staff were kind and efficient, I just don't like the set up. When you get there you check in then are taken out of the office and across the hall. You are instructed to go into a changing room to put on a gown, put your items in a locker and then wait in a waiting area with other women. My entire experience at the CoxHealth Breast Clinic was amazing. From imaging to surgery, everyone took the time to explain procedures and what exactly was going on with the lumps in my breast. The process was streamlined and efficient while still being compassionate and understanding. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
