Apparently “urgent” doesn’t mean anything to the staff there because my doctor’s procedure orders that were marked as urgent due symptoms that could be an infection were received at noon yesterday and it’s now 4pm on Friday and you are closed all weekend. I left two voicemails on two different days and even my doctor’s office couldn’t reach anyone there today. Sadly, this isn’t my first negative experience here. I had an excellent experience at the Breast Care Center. All of the care-givers were kind and helpful, and comforting. The Breast Care Center radiologists are highly trained so I knew that I was receiving the best care possible. My sincere thanks to everyone who helped me.
I had my annual mammo yesterday. I have been having sciatic pain for the last few weeks. Driving over I thought I was not gonna make it, the pain was so intense. When I walked in the lady at the check in was very concerned and kind. The mammo tach was super kind and could tell I was in a lot of pain. She was so kind and caring... just what I needed.
