Terrible service, schedule surgery was postphone everytime up to a year. Worse hospital ever existed imo
Spoke to Tina to set my appointment. She is what customer service is all about— she went above and beyond for me and made me feel taken care of. Tina deserves the best! In person, Karen called me in and made my experience a very positive one. She was so kind, thoughtful and brought a sense of humor to make me feel at ease. Every time I would go I would leave extra time because of the long line, but that never fixed the fact everyone who waited behind me gets to hear all of my personal identifiers and medical issues at check-in. I put up with this and other minor issues until my most recent biopsy. The resident fished around in my body with a needle, accidentally taking samples of my regular tissue that couldn't be used multiple times, and when I said I didn't care anymore and just needed to be off the table while crying- I got a lecture from t... read more
