Got slapped with a $75 charge for one email response after working with this accountant for a few years. Totally unreasonable. Price gauging me for one email response was unfair. I have had several accountants and have paid many fees for phone calls and services so I understand and respect and need their expertise. But I did not agree to this charge in advance.
