She was patient with us when we weren’t finding the exact house we were looking for, and when we finally found it, she was so quick to write the offer and get it accepted. Breanne was so great to work with! She was easy to get ahold of and made time for us when we were in town to ensure we could look at houses that we were interested in. She was honest and took our thoughts about homes into consideration when setting up more showings for us. She kept us informed and was aggressive in writing up an offer to ensure we got the home we wanted at the right price. We will definitely work with Breanne for our future real estate needs - and will recommend her to friends and family!
Breanne sold a rental house for us last year. The house needed work and Breanne was great when it came to discussing what things should be done to prepare the house for sale. She clearly had our success in mind all the way through the process. She was straight-forward and easy (and fun) to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better adviser.
When we contacted Breanne, we were already in a panic. We needed to find a house almost immediately, and she gave us that attention.. She always answered our questions, and was very honest and helpful.....we found the perfect house for us, moved, and have Breanne to thank for that!
