they were really nice but the food killed their business. we ordered fish and it was so dry and all the steam veggie taste like fish. the steak we ordered was medium and it came out as extra well done. if you are going for friendly people come here but for food, u may what to pass.
Highly recommend – My girlfriend and I went to Santa Barbara for the weekend. As we were exploring the area and after considering several other restaurants, we decided to have lunch at the Breakwater Restaurant. The 1000 Island dressing was homemade and one of the best I've ever had. The fish and chips were fresh excellent. Prices were very reasonable for Santa Barbara. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who is in the area.
Breakwater Restaurant We went here for the first time over 4th of July weekend...the wait at Brophy Brothers was over an hour and a half and this place was just two doors down. The service was great and the food was good. The outdoor patio makes for a great place to people watch.
