I have only had excellent experiences with Jesse and his crew. Not only is the marina in a well protected cove near all the best resturants in town, but the service is above and beyond. The staff is knowledgeable, skilled, and patient.
As a local charter business and long-time customer, we were shocked when our signed winter-storage contract was abruptly voided without cause. The owner changed the locks without notice and threatened thousands of dollars in weekly fees if we didn’t remove our boat immediately jeopardizing our business . Extremely poor communication and unprofessional conduct.
Horrible experience this past season. Jesse the owner is a horrible business man and needs to learn more about making his customers happy and appreciated. Will never ever keep my boat there again or do any other business with Jesse.
Unprofessional, retaliatory, and disappointing experience.
