I have been going to Dr. Crossland since I was two years old (twenty years). I have had some pretty intense dentist anxiety, but I can honestly say there is no one I would trust more to take care of my teeth. I always have a good experience despite my anxiety.
Emily does a great job. She's always very pleasant & efficient. I dreaded going to the hygienist when I lived in Florida. It was a painful procedure. Not so with Emily!
hygienist very concerned and thorough . helped out on making visit a pleasure. Think Steve should give her quarterly bonus and buy her new car (1 per year) would be good business savvy on his part. Don't leave out front office help......
The dental hygienist, Lindsay, did a very good job with the cleaning, etc.; was very thorough; very professional. It was, as always, good to see Dr. Crossland, who also gave a thorough, yet concise, dental examination. The admin staff was very prompt, courteous, and engaging. Thanks to all. KAW
I truly enjoyed my visit this afternoon during my dental appointment. The staff is very friendly and made me feel that I am a valued customer and patient.
I chipped one of my teeth in the front of my mouth and Dr. Crossland's staff got me in first thing the next morning. I was in and out in 45 min and my tooth looks awesome, can't tell it was ever chipped! The best!!
No one particularly likes going to the dentist but if one must go and one must, it was a great end to end experience (as dental appts go). Everyone was nice, efficient and professional.
