Management is so horrible and overcharges monthly for rent and utilities, and good luck getting in contact with him to fix the overcharges! Management also doesn’t care if other tenants are breaking the lease and running your quality of living. Avoid this place at all costs it’s not worth it.
mgmt is terrible and doesn't communicate. problems overcharging util for several months after it was address. would avoid unless it's your only option
