I have been a member at Breakthrough since 2011. When I started I could barely do a squat. Through great coaching and hard work, I saw myself hitting new goals and PR's I never could have imagined I would do. During my journey through breast cancer, I kept going to the gym. The support I received was amazing and helped me get through the tough times. Breakthrough is more than just a gym. Its fun, fitness and above all, family! Lauri

I had always been afraid to join a gym...but one day I took a leap of faith and began training at Breakthrough. It didn’t take me long to realize that this place isn’t just a gym. It’s a super positive, encouraging place where every accomplishment is celebrated! I can now do things I never thought I could simply because my coaches believed I could!
This is a great place to be supported yet pushed to be your best. The coaches are awesome, and training with a team is super motivating. Love my training days!
