So I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came here after suffering a catastrophic injury to my spine which resulted in disc replacement 2 to be exact. When I got here I was in pain and depressed thinking I could never get back to the life I had before but thanks to Chris and the rest of the team here I have regained control of my body and my life. Kit Carpenter was my therapist. She’s the best in the WORLD! She’s very pleasant, patient, and very easy to work with. Her steadfast spirit is right on time. I live in Fayetteville, but should I ever need therapy again, I will definitely drive to Pinehurst to see Kit. She bonds like family.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! I came in with chronic back pain that had been bothering me for years, and after just a few sessions, I started noticing a huge improvement. Kit is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about your recovery. She took the time to explain every exercise and made sure I was doing them correctly. I can't speak highly enough of Steven at the Southern Pines location of Breakthrough Physical Therapy. In a roughly three-week regimen, he helped me improve back pain which had been plaguing me for literally years post-military. In our very first session he identified the root of the issue, which had been misdiagnosed previously by other clinics, and provided effective PT exercises that had a real impact.
