We have 2 kids (and I’m at the associated adult practice) at Breakthrough and since day one we have felt assured we made the right choice for our family. Dr. Amy is amazing. I wasn’t sure about the direct model but it has been hands down the best medical care experience I’ve had. I never feel rushed, I can ask questions and send pics directly to see how worried I should really be vs wondering or searching or trying to explain on a nurse line. Also actually asked how I was doing postpartum. I am now also signed up with Liz for PCP care. Nothing but amazing things to say, Dr. Amy and her team create such an amazing space for kids and parents a-like. You’re getting first class treatment, your kid is the only one there during your appointment time slot, so no more waiting in a stuffy waiting room full of other sick kids before your appointment, and your kid gets to play in a room full of toys which puts them at ease.
