I agree the staff is horrible. They make you change office routinely. Doctors are constantly leaving, no stability here. They treat patients horribly and talk about patient conditions and name openly.

Margret the office clerk is incompetent at best !!!! twice I asked her to give me a copy of my records and both times she did not do it. Last Friday she was supposed to mail me my prescription and she did not do it, instead she says oh it's being mailed today. If the doctor who writes your meds is not there TO BAD ABOUT YOU YOU"RE GOING TO WAIT UNTIL THEY COME BACK TO WORK and you will just have to suffer until then.
Well at 1st I thought it would be great having everything in 1 location, close to my location in Jefferson county. I had been going there for about a 3mths, and the "CHIROPRACTOR" who was working with me pretty much gave me half assed service released me when I told him I was still in PAIN!, So I tried to go back to work, which lasted all of 2 mths and was I worse off than the 1st time I went there, because I had just seen this place other clinics suggested I go back to this place, So I did, thats when I found out they were ... read more
