Breaking the Cycle not only has one of the best podcasts in the country talking about mental health, recovery, trauma, and LOTS of other areas they also have outstanding therapists for individual counseling, community education presentations on mental health for the community, businesses, churches, and groups AND I know they will be offering some much needed support groups. Highly recommended for all your mental health needs and if they can’t help you they will ensure you get the appropriate resources needed.
