Do not offer touch ups on a 2 week old tattoo that looks like sharpie from a child. Ridiculous and poor customer service.
This tattoo is literally 2 weeks and 2 days old. Mine on top, my daughter on bottom. Very disappointed in management’s response: buy another tattoo then we will touch it up. Really?

I received two tattoos from Jake on the 14th of July! He did an amazing job! I love my tattoos and I will be going back to him I received a conch piercing from Lex on the 17th of July and she was quick with a gentle touch! I can’t wait to get another piercing!
