Roman was great! I had a tattoo done about 6 months ago in another shop and had a HUGE blowout. Roman made my tattoo look new again and you cannot see any traces of the previous blowout. I'm extremely happy and will go there again. I highly recommend breaking Skin Tattoo and Roman as the artist.
