Roseanna helped me with my anxiety at a stressful time in my life. She is a great listener and provided me with valuable tools (that I still use today) to help with my anxiety without medication. She is very empathetic and non-judgmental and really helped me live my life again without fear of an anxiety attack. I highly recommend her services.
