The treatment is good, but their billing is incompetent. They have overcharged my FSA and done almost nothing to resolve it. Now my tax advantage accounts are messed up and after 7 months there is no resolution. Find somewhere that isn’t going to cause you financial problems.
The ONLY reason they get two stars is because Ally is absolutely the best and has worked wonders with my child. But they are beyond a headache to deal with when is comes to scheduling. I have had appointments not get cancelled when they should have been, and now I’ve had appointments cancelled when they shouldn’t have been. No real excuse or even a sincere apology is ever given.
