We stayed for a week in March this year, were super excited to stay in a 3 bedroom with Rooftop Spa & BBQ Area. The views are excellent and Location is perfect. However, the room not so great. We checked in and found our room not cleaned properly and had lots of mold growth in bathroom and had hair in the shower. We recently stayed in Room 23 (Rooftop Terrace) over the long weekend, while extended family stayed in a separate two-bedroom apartment in the tower. On the positive side for our room, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the lovely handwritten welcome card on arrival. Our older-style apartment has been nicely updated with newer furniture, the kitchen was generous and well-equipped, and we loved having a separate toilet from the second bathroom. Quite a nice hotel. Our room was really nice. Location is great. Much better than the online photos indicate.
This stay was poor, room standard terrible. The location is great, easy access to restaurants & beach. Staff friendly. I have stayed here a few times previously the rooms were great. Its appears some room are well below standard. I found that out this trip.
I have just left after a 5 night stay. 2 stars are all I can give. 1 for the pool as it was lovely and the second is for the air-conditioning in the unit. I don't think the unit I stayed in (46) has been updated since it was first built. It was a case of spot the clean carpet and the areas of the walls that weren't marked that it was that bad.
