Loved staying here. Beautiful location with cafes and coastal walks right outside the front gate. Service was super friendly and prompt.

This is the worst hotel room that we have ever stayed in, apartment 116 on the 10th floor is desperately in need of renovation. Carpet in poor condition and worn out, broken blinds that no longer work, the heating unit not working properly, lighting is so dark, couch and the appliances are well in need of replacement not to mention the mattresses which are tired. i couldn't recommend this sad apartment to anyone.However on the plus side the reception staff were very good and the view and location is excellent..

Great stay! We got upgraded, and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities- pool, spa and sauna. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Exceptional service. Place had a nice view and access to restaurants and beach front. The bathrooms were newly built, spacious and clean. Also enjoyed our Disney plus, and book. A great place to get away.

Amenities and room were fantastic, however extremely disappointed in a phone I received today 1 day after checking out. I booked a 1bd apartment upon arrival I was assigned to a 2 bedroom apartment which had towels neatly laid out on both beds and vanity sets in both bathrooms, which me and my friend used on the assumption it was a free upgrade (which has happened to me many times at other hotels).
