Friendly staff. The rooms are clean and adequate for what you pay for. The location is near Pacific Fair Shopping centre and not to far to beach front. You also get the luxury of having the tram service running padt your door.

Unfortunately the trip didn’t start well as we had a delayed check in due to the room not being available, not ideal when you’ve been travelling for over 8 hours and you’re on time for the suggested time frames. Front desk could be more accomodating. You feel like requesting anything is an imposition. The rooms and outside areas were not very clean, and the couches were very stained and dirty. The pools and loacation to beach are really the only redeeming parts of the hotel. We have stayed prior and enjoyed it but thus time it was not a good experience. The room had a damp/mildew smell. Theb the water got turned off for an entire day with no warning or communication from the front desk. At forat after callong they said 1 hour. 4 hours later they said 30 minutes.
