This place is great! The staff was very friendly. We got lattes and breakfast. Everything was sooo good. And if you are between pancakes and french toast, they have a sampler! It says it's for 2 but 1 person can easily take it down (3 items, 1 of each). Highly recommend.
Stopped by Breakfast Republic in Scripps Ranch after a long hike at Potato Chip Rock, and it was exactly what I needed! 🥾⛰️ The menu is so fun and innovative with a huge variety of options. 🥞✨ I was super impressed by the vegan options (the pancakes are fluffy and delicious! 🌱) and the creative cocktails. 🍹 Their coffee is excellent, and I’m obsessed with their signature coffee mugs—so much character! ☕️💛 Great vibes, amazing food, and the perfect post-hike recovery spot. Highly recommend! 🍳🥓
