The chicken fry I had yesterday was so salty my food was inedible. Over 2000 mg of sodium per serving was beyond ridiculous. I am hoping that mine was a bad batch. I won't be trying it again. Response: Not sure why you would assume that I may not have been eating fried foods in moderation. I rarely eat fried foods and used this product to fry oyster mushrooms. The best Fish Fry mix ever . Those others brands could never compare.
This fish fry is the best I've used so far. Just the right amount of seasonings and the finish product looks like a picture! I'll need my third bag soon.
