Recommendedbad happenstance broke my windshield. went in early just in case we could get in. they worked us in before their lunch. got it done under their time estimate. they were even patient while I resolved an issue with my debit card. phenomenal experience. top marks across the board. highly recommended

Scheduled my May 2 repair on Feb 22. Shop failed to order the part. Tech called me in the morning to advise. I never heard from anyone again. Late in the afternoon I called the shop to be advised the part wasn't in and they would reschedule at their convenience. I called another repair company and they got the part and repaired it in one day. After the repair was finished Safelite finally called me back. I do not recommend this location if you want timely repairs.

Waited weeks for my apt. Got a confirmation to my phone and email, called and let them know I was heading that way, arrive wait 10 min for service , they don’t have my glass... tried to reschedule me for a week later. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, factory glass in Jacksonville, FL is much more professional. Lost me, my family and my companies business for life.

I had a horrible experience with Safelite. My initial appointment was on 12/24/2020, and because I had to work that day I set the appointment up to be contactless. I set everything up online and paid in full when I booked the appointment. On the day of, everything went smoothly- the tech notified me when he was on his way, service was completed, and the window was "fixed". I was instructed by the tech to leave the window up for at least 24 hours so that the glue could dry. ... Continue Reading
