Shaina took the time to present to our Moms club and explain the pelvic floor and issues related to it. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She is very easy going and makes you feel comfortable, especially with the stuff that could be embarrassing to talk about. I would definitely recommend her!
Anytime I can move, have to thank Shaina. Through the years and all my various rehab needs Shaina has gotten it done. If I can borrow from "the most interesting man in the world", "I dont always need physical therapy, but when I do, I prefer Shaina Clemons". Thanks for everything Shaina !
I have had Shaina treat different injuries over the years and would not recommend anyone else! She is caring, listens and works to get her patients to their goal! She adapts the treatment based on an in depth conversation before, during and after each appointment. I highly recommend her. I have also had Carissa and Alex over the past year and they are also top notch! #BreakAwayPT
I was recently discharged from Breakaway PT for a quad issue. Shaina Clemons did a wonderful, professional and thorough job with my care and health. She worked very hard to get me better and back doing what I love. I feel great and am excited to play soccer again with no worries!
