I would NEVER go here again. I got a flat tire riding through the city. The store's website said they were open until 5pm, so I showed up at 4:45pm hoping to get my flat fixed, and the doors were locked. I could see employees in the store, and they could see me at the door, but I had to knock repeatedly for someone to come to the door. One employee rudely explained that as a small business they need to close early if they don't have customers and that the store had been closed since 4pm and the registers were closed. The guy Kyle is a downright rude and condescending. Absolutely astonished this person has a customer service position. GO TO ANOTHER BIKE SHOP, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.These guys(not only Kyle, but one or two of the mechanics as well) at breakaway are unbelievably curt, smug, cross and downright rude. They speak as if they are kings speaking to peasants. They fail to review their work or test ride to ensure quality. Breakaway has provided great service for my Trek ebike. Since going car-free in April 2018, they have quickly addressed any issues to provide me with dependable, year round transportation in all weather for the 28 mile daily commute. Thanks
