We bought our 4th Giant last week from Breakaway Cycles. Lets be honest, any monkey can sell a bike, but Breakaway staff once again has shown us the value and importance of supporting those who support you. I do have some industry "hook ups" and could have saved some cash by using one of them, BUT we find huge value in knowing that Rich and Marty are just around the corner to answer any questions, help with set ups, or search out any products. We are customers for as long as they will have us! Thanks guys!
I love my Giant that I bought there a few years ago. Great service and fun to hang out and talk to the guys !
